Brian Perazzolo | Founding Partner

Born and raised in the South Bay, Brian started building his real estate portfolio in 2010, now he owns and manages a variety of multi-family and nnn commercial properties. He is a licensed Realtor and the founder of Elite Engineering Contractors, established in 2008.

Entrepreneur, investor, philanthropist, and father; Brian conceptualized Elite Engineering Contractors as his senior project while completing a Bachelors in Business Administration at Loyola Marymount University. Elite Engineering Contractors has thrived for over 15 years, becoming a multi-million dollar company with 40-50 full time employees.. Brian participates in numerous networking and social organizations, offering his experience and connections to a community of local entrepreneurs. Brian also spends his time participating and donating to various philanthropic organizations at the local and state/national level. In his personal time Brian is passionate about health, fitness, charity, and most of all being a role model and father to his young son.

Tara Flis | Agent, Director of Operations

Specializing in single-family homes, condos, and townhouses, Tara is deeply committed to residential development and new construction builds. A distinguished graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business in Arizona, Tara boasts over 15 years of successful sales experience in Finance and Medical Sales.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Tara invests her free time in furthering her expertise through the UCLA Extension program, concentrating on the architectural and design nuances of homes. Leveraging her passion and creativity, she collaborates with clients and developers, guiding them seamlessly through property acquisition, design, and eventual marketing for sale.

Tara is distinguished by her unwavering commitment to honesty, transparency, and integrity, ensuring an authentic and unparalleled home-buying experience for both clients and developers alike. Throughout her career, she has devoted herself to assisting clients in finding homes where they can create lasting and cherished memories.

Ryan Klaser | Agent, Managing Partner

Ryan, a proud South Bay native, provides a unique perspective shaped by his intimate knowledge of the local area. His first-generation college achievement underscores his determination and commitment to education, traits that echo throughout his professional journey. With hands-on experience in construction and development, Ryan brings a practical edge to real estate projects. His small business upbringing instilled a robust work ethic and adaptability, allowing him to navigate dynamic environments with ease.

His problem-solving skills, honed through construction and development experience, equip him to address challenges in the real estate landscape.
